The sweet onion basket is a hand-twined, open-weave hanging vessel for preserving root vegetables in the kitchen or pantry. A nod to seventies kitchens of women like Joan Didion, this basket is lovely paired with the garlic basket and is perfect for separating items that require aeration. Each basket is individually crafted so no two will be exactly alike.

Beautiful color variation from the natural rattan fibers. 100% Rattan. Due to the free-hand-woven nature of this item, each piece is bespoke, and the shape and size may slightly vary. Designed for indoor use. Store in a dry place. Wipe clean with a dry cloth.

The natural materials of this product are flexible. Placing heavy root vegetables in the basket will change the shape of the basket; however, If misshapen during shipping, run the product under cold water to loosen the material and firmly mold it back to shape
